Weeks after closing escrow on 2000 16th St., the Capitol Area Development Authority is ready to team with a developer to start delving into a plan for the site.
On Friday, CADA’s board will vote on entering a partnership with affordable housing developer Mutual Housing California to plan a project for the site, a 32,000-square-foot property on the southwest corner of 16th and T streets near Downtown and Midtown Sacramento.
