Sacramento-based Anton DevCo Inc. is hoping to start work in just over a year on nearly 400 apartments in Sacramento’s South Natomas.
The multifamily developer has filed plans for a 384-unit project called Russell @ Truxel at 3625 Fong Ranch Road, southeast of where Interstate 80 meets Truxel Road.
All but 96 of the apartments would be market rate, while those 96 would be designated affordable to people making 60% of the area median income or less. All affordable units would have one bedroom.
