A scoping meeting set for next week in El Dorado County will kick off environmental review for a 161-home project — and possibly another battle over development.
Cameron Meadows, on undeveloped land south of where Little Oak Lane ends in the Cameron Park area, would also have 16 income-restricted accessory dwelling units.
“Our company is all about including attainable housing,” said Leah Beniston, a senior vice president for the project proponent, Denver-based The True Life Companies. “For El Dorado County, this is a cluster development.”
