A new proposal in South Sacramento would add more than 200 affordable housing units alongside a small retail component.
Riza Village, submitted to city planners this week, would be on nearly eight acres on Riza Avenue west of Stockton Boulevard.
My Truong of San Jose, listed as the project designer, didn’t return a call seeking comment this week.
According to the application, 214 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, would be built in three phases, moving from north to south. The apartments would be in three-story buildings, with 36 units in the first phase, 48 in the second and 130 in the third.
