A housing developer already active on the redeveloping Stockton Boulevard corridor has bought another piece of land on it, with plans for a project to come.
Records show an entity affiliated with CTI Housing LLC in Los Angeles bought 3723 47th St. in Sacramento, as well as neighboring parcels that front onto Stockton Boulevard north of 13th Avenue.
“We are working on plans and hope to get moving in quarter one of 2025,” said Dan Weitzman, a local liaison and ownership representative for CTI Housing, in an email.
Weitzman said the plan for the site, about an acre combined of various parcels, is a 67-unit affordable housing project. CTI Housing paid about $2.5 million for the property, according to property records. The land appears to be vacant.
