A project of nearly 200 units of affordable housing aimed at seniors is on its way in west Roseville.
The Roseville City Council approved an affordable housing agreement last week with the developer for The Riviera at Roseville West, approved earlier this year for 4201 Santucci Blvd.
Pine Island Apartments LLC, listed as the project applicant, is an entity affiliated with multifamily development firm The Canel Companies, based in Highland Park, Illinois. A message left with the company was not returned.
