Any opportunity to see a live play is a gift, and it’s a gift that keeps on giving this month. As the holiday season comes into full swing, it’s a time for traditions and yearly favorites to come back for all to enjoy.
Sacramentans looking to see a time-honored favorite one more time — or start a new annual tradition — have options aplenty, including two different interpretations of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” If something with more spectacle is sought, Sacramento Ballet’s “Nutcracker” is sure to wow kids and adults alike. And, for those interested in seeing a play that doesn’t fit in with the Christmastime fare, Capital Stage’s presentation of “I and You” is just the ticket.
