Element 79 is part of The El Dorado 8, a group of family-owned, mostly high-elevation wineries that have been sharing farming and fermentation techniques with one another since 2021. The group, which is an unofficial marketing and education collaborative that pays annual dues, is working to bring El Dorado County’s vino reputation to the next level.
